4. Gmail Access and Permissions

To function properly, UnsubSwipe requires read and modify access to your Gmail account. By granting these permissions, you authorize us to:

• Read email headers and content to identify subscriptions
• Send unsubscribe requests on your behalf
• Mark emails as read or archive them when processing unsubscribe requests

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

UnsubSwipe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Failed unsubscribe attempts due to third-party email sender configurations
• Emails that continue to arrive after unsubscribing (this is controlled by the sender)
• Any data loss or damages resulting from use of the service
• Service interruptions or downtime

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of UnsubSwipe are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
